SWIFT 10 Successfully Completes NAM J-09 Well Suspension

The 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝟭𝟬 has successfully completed the suspension operations for the NAM J-09 well, overcoming several operational challenges due to adverse weather conditions. Stormy weather complicated the supply and installation of the test package on the 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝟭𝟬, while limited visibility near a subsea tree led to ROV failure. Additionally, several days of fog hindered crew mobilisation.

𝗡𝗔𝗠 senior management demonstrated outstanding leadership by swiftly addressing these challenges and implementing contingencies at short notice. Thanks to the can-do mentality of the 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝟭𝟬 crew, it didn’t take long to have the multipurpose vessel equipped with a work-class ROV approved for operations near the rig. Essential crew members were transferred to the rig via a WTW vessel, ensuring the project quickly got back on track.
